This page is to inform you about my policy regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information for the iOS app and related websites (collectively referred to as the "Service"). I will not use or share your information unless it is described in this privacy policy.
Data Collected and Purpose
(1) Data Collected from the App
If you turn on data collection from Settings → About This App, the following data will be collected. The collected data will be sent to the server when various errors occur.
- OS version: for bug analysis
- App version: for troubleshooting the cause of bugs
- Device model: for bug analysis
- Crash logs: for crash analysis
- Operation logs (a record of recent actions and processing up to the time an error occurred, such as the screens opened, the symbol and the date and timeframe shown on the chart, the network status, and error details): for bug analysis
- Current language setting: for the purpose of analyzing issues
- Number of times the app has been launched: for bug analysis
- Amount of time the app has been used (total time per symbol): for bug analysis
- Dates and types of errors sent previously: for bug analysis
The error details in the operation logs may include names you have given, such as the names of image folders.
(2) Data Collected from the Website (Use of Cloudflare)
To ensure secure website operation and optimize performance, this website uses Cloudflare, a CDN service. Accordingly, the following information is automatically recorded and processed by Cloudflare's servers when you access the website:
- IP address
- Browser type and User Agent information
- Access timestamps
- Communication logs such as requested URLs
These data are used solely for the purpose of maintaining site security and stable operation. Neither I nor any third party will disclose or use this information for any other purposes.
Policy on Data Retention and Deletion
(1) Data Collected from the App
You can manually delete the collected error logs and other data from the following location: App Settings → About This App.
(2) Data Collected from the Website (Cloudflare)
Communication logs (such as IP addresses) automatically collected by Cloudflare are temporarily retained for security and performance optimization purposes, and are automatically discarded after a certain period. As this data is essential for the secure operation of the site, it is not subject to manual deletion upon individual user requests.
(3) Inquiry and Feature Request Data
Regarding the information submitted via Google Forms or email, as detailed in the "Regarding Information Provided During Inquiries" section below, we will delete it upon receiving a deletion request.
Children's Privacy
This service is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at tradesimufx@gmail.com.
Regarding Information Provided During Inquiries
The Service offers the option to contact me through email. The following information provided via email inquiries will only be used to respond to the individual who made the inquiry:
- Email address
- Inquiry content
Furthermore, the Service uses "Google Forms" provided by Google LLC to receive feature requests and inquiries. The information entered through Google Forms (such as your email address and inquiry content) will be utilized for improving the application's functionality in future updates and for responding to your inquiries. Additionally, the information sent through Google Forms is managed in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
Regarding the email address and inquiry content, they are retained in the email sending history and the receiving section of the input form. However, if a deletion request is received, I will remove the email sending history and inquiry content.
Service Providers
I may employ third-party companies and individuals. I want to inform users of the Service that these third parties may have access to data. Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory. The Service does not use these "cookies" explicitly.

I may update my Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
